If you have received a defective product or we have sent the wrong size or a tomato instead of what you ordered, swear us and might also kill if you want but most importantly notify us along with your order ID at [email protected] within 3-5 days and send us the product back whenever you can (literally 30 days) in its original condition. We will inspect the product and will do a refund or exchange accordingly. We will bear the shipping charges as far as it's our fault.
If you realized just now that you don't look good in this color or you didn't check the size chart before buying, even then we shall be very good to you and accept the product back and do an exchange. But Unfortunately, you will have to bear the shipping charges in this case.
Note: In both the cases, the problem should be notified within 3-5 days along with order ID at [email protected] and the returned product should be in its original condition, it should not be used, damaged, worn or washed and packed otherwise it will not be returned. Please keep the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit Also Cash On Delivery handling charges are not refundable.
